        • These reports generally access information from 3-7 years of license data and will include the following details:

CDLIS Commercial Driver’s License Information System

        • Single license insurance is ensured nationwide thanks to a search of database maintained by the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administration
        • Employers are ensured that they comply with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) requirements.  This also helps reduce the number of candidates who do not have a valid CDL
        • This background screening provides a user’s name, date of birth, social security number, other aliases, current state of residence and the license number for up to three CDL numbers they may have held previously
